At House Of Sweat, our approach is what makes us different. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient, effective and affordable. You need an accountability partner. That's what we are here for. We offer plans that are flexible and will help you meet and exceed your health goals. All training sessions will include, upper-body, lower body, core, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. House of Sweat guarantees a great physical and mental transformation in 60 days or you will be refunded your money in full.
THE WARM-UP
Everyday is different! The warm-up consists of 10-15 minutes of physical activity. Some days we start with cardio. Other days, we start with functional training or plyometrics. There may be days we go right into hitting the weights.
THE WORKOUT
When we train, we will always work your upper-body, lower-body and core. Depending on your goals and body type, your trainer will guide you through the workout as it relates to your goals. We pride ourselves on teaching the proper exercise fundamentals, techniques and gym etiquette. Don’t hesitate to start today!
THE COOL DOWN
Flexibility is key. This is the most overlooked aspect of fitness. Most gyms, trainers and clients neglect properly stretching after a workout. We won't. House of Sweat will instruct or stretch our clients after each workout.

This is our most popular membership category, providing flexibility for people on the go. It comes with no pesky extra fees, so you can start exercising without any worries. You live a busy life, your membership should reflect your lifestyle. Our training sessions start every 30-mins. If you oversleep your 5am workout, no sweat, rebook for 5:30am
YOUTH SPORTS & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Multi-sport conditioning for indoor and outdoor sports. Help your kid progress to his or her fullest potential with our conditioning program. Come as many times as you want during the month. This is a 8-week program aimed at helping athletes improve strength, endurance, agility, HITT, flexibility, weight loss, lateral movements, balance and more! Training sessions are taught by certified trainers and coaches. Please note: this membership does not include yoga or bootcamp classes.
